i like to follow the rules, but the rules need to be published and their application documented.
No, the violations that are deleted are not stored anywhere, except for a moderators reference log.

If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not access and/or use “Waterside-Hypotheses”. We may change these at any time and we’ll do our utmost in informing you, though it would be prudent to review this regularly yourself as your continued usage of “Waterside-Hypotheses” after changes mean you agree to be legally bound by these terms as they are updated and/or amended.

An addition to these rules is the immediate deletion of commercial spam and permanent ban of the posting user's IP, this also including 'disguised' spam with misleading text to draw attention to a commercial link (this is quite common, unfortunately); this defined at the discretion of the moderators.
Also, obvious handle theft of pre-existing users elsewhere on the Internet (user 'dosed' posting on Talk Rational suffered such one recently, as described in the thread 'Us3rNam3z' viewtopic.php?f=2&t=52
); handle theft as defined at the discretion of the moderators.
Related to this violation are obvious provocations in the choice of usernames, eg. 'A1g1sKul1ukas' or 'AlisterHardyWasNuts' or similar; again defined at the discretion of the moderators.
And to point out, disagreeing with the notion of something aquatic, waterside, amphibious, wet, etc. in human evolution is NOT a violation of the forum rules, neither is it to support this disagreement via civil argumentation in one's posts.
